quartus调用modesim的问题

老是跳出这个错误，应该怎么改过来啊？ Nativelink Simulation路径设置都是正确的，因为以前都调用过；；；然后把IP屏蔽掉就能调用modesim了。。什么原因，怎么修改了？ 错误下面还有一段解释如下：
