职位描述：
岗位职责
1. 负责小基站平台中FPGA器件的功能设计
2. 负责小基站平台中FPGA器件的功能验证仿真
3．与小基站设计测试团队一起验证基站的功能与性能。

岗位要求：
- 本科或者硕士学历，两年以上FPGA相关工作工作经验
- 熟练掌握Verilog等硬件设计语言，能根据FPGA特性修订RTL
- 熟练掌握芯片的FPGA实现技能，熟悉FPGA系统的仿真、综合和调试
- 熟练掌握FPGA的时序分析工具
优先考虑的条件：
- 踏实，稳重，良好的沟通能力，团队精神，能安心做重复简单的工作（很重要，可以适当放宽前面的要求）
- 参与过完整的芯片FPGA验证过程，并有产品量产的成功经验
- 熟悉SOC系统，ARM处理器，AMBA总线等知识
- 熟悉DDR，DDR2，USB，Ethernet，SDIO等接口
