职位描述
Principle Tasks:

The following list defines the main tasks of the R&D FPGA Engineer:

1.Be a team member for large complex multiple designer FPGA development efforts.
2.Write both module level and device level specifications in English.
3.Develop/write synthesizable RTL using System Verilog per module specifications.
4.Develop/write behavioural models (OVM transfer functions) for simulation per module level specification.
5.Be able to run backend operations to analyze and close timing of FPGA designs.
6.Work with hardware and software engineers in the integration of FPGA.
7.Provide input to the writing of System and Functional specifications of the products developed, i.e. be an active part in the early design phase of a product.

Personal Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

1.Fluent written and spoken English
2.Experience with complex FPGA design
3.Experience with development of data communication products, particularly Ethernet.
4.Broad knowledge base of telecommunication industry
5.In-depth knowledge of;
oMentor Questa & Modelsim
oFPGA synthesis
oXilinx and/or Altera design environment
oSystem Verilog design
oKnowledge of Hardcopy or Gate Array design route –desirable
6.Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
7.Understanding of European culture and ways of doing business
8.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
9.Open, honest, loyal
10.Team player
11.Minimum 4 years work experience, prefer optical+ Ethernet products development.
