niosII中run as modelsim出现问题

在板子上（run as hardware）实现了功能，但是run as modelsim时出现[attachimg]4004，查资料
You can use two types of memory models for simulation purposes: generic and
vendor-specific. For Altera-provided memory controllers, you are provided with
generic simulation models. If you are using custom memory controllers, you should
use the simulation models the memory controller vendor provides. This application
note discusses the generic memory model.
应该是我使用了vendor-specifi仿真，但是怎么下载这个vendor model啊
