在Altera官网上怎么找到cyclone II的器件库啊？？

这个我已经解决了，我现在用的13.0的版本，不知道为什么他出现了Critical Warning (332012): Synopsys Design Constraints File file not found: 'spi_write_module.sdc'. A Synopsys Design Constraints File is required by the TimeQuest Timing Analyzer to get proper timing constraints. Without it, the Compiler will not properly optimize the design.好像是说没有约束文件，我用9.1的时候没有出现这个警告啊，请问该如何解决
