请问有谁用过ADIS的产品呀？我想求助~

各位大神：
      我现在在学习ADIS16209的数据手册，尝试用FPGA读取芯片数据。小女子水平较差，英文版手册很多看不明白的地方，请问有哪位大神曾经用过这个芯片的，能帮帮我么？
      比如说：Starting with the MSB of the upper byte, each output data register has the following bit sequence: new data (ND) flag, error/alarm (EA) flag, followed by 14 data bits. The data bits are LSB justified, and in the case of the 12-bit data formats, the remaining two bits are not used. The ND flag indicates that unread data resides in the output data registers. This flag clears and returns to 0 during an output register read sequence. It returns to 1 after the next internal sample update cycle completes. The EA flag indicates an error condition. The STATUS register contains all of the error flags and provides the ability to investigate the root cause.
        时序图和这段文字一起理解的时候，，有点不明白到底是最高位和次高位为新数据标志位和错误标志位，还是最高位和最低位是呢？

谢谢一楼的支持！！对于我这个初学者来说，ADIS的SPI很让我抓狂，在读数据手册的时候，很多不明白的地方：
         比如，在DIN 中，数据手册里写了这么一段话，表中给出所有寄存器的低8位地址，高八位地址在低8位地址上加1，但是看DIN 的时序时，只有高八位才是寄存器地址，低八位在读取的状态是无效的，那我该怎么写地址呢？。
          所以，想寻求这方面的帮助。太感谢了！
